Leadership Team

Windsor Health Group is headquartered in Atlanta, GA and has a network of offices across the country.

All of Windsor Health Group’s (WHG) activities are overseen by a Board of Directors consisting of representatives from Munich Re as well as seasoned industry executives.

WHG is led by CEO Michael Muchnicki and an Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ELT consists of WHG’s senior executives and their focus is on developing strategy and identifying opportunities.

WHG’s Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and for overseeing and monitoring its businesses and affairs. Implementation of the Board’s strategy and policy initiatives are delegated to the chief executive officer and senior executives to carry out. The Board meets quarterly to review WHG’s financial performance and progress on strategic initiatives. The Board consists of a Chairman and six directors.
