NASHVILLE, TN, December 29, 2006 - Windsor Health Plan, Inc. has signed an agreement with the second oldest and most prestigious hospital in Arkansas, St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, making St. Joseph’s the newest member of Windsor’s growing provider network.
